Re: Return Shipment Roll-A-Bout Enclosed please find the Roll-A-Bout I rented. . .I loved it, and recommended it to all. . .I put many miles on it (grocery stores, retail, parking lots, etc.) with everyone staring in amazement. The maitre'd at a local restaurant took to calling me "Scooter" whenecer we went for dinner.
Sincerely yours, S.D.
I loved this Roll-A-Bout. It was so much better than crutches!
Sincerely, SB
Dear Roll-A-Bout: I wish to thank your company for the amazing device. July 11th I had Achilles tendon surgery and was instructed to put no weight on my right foot for 3 weeks. During that very difficult period the Roll-A-Bout gave me the mobility that I never would have had with crutches. For weeks 4-6 of my recuperation, when I was fitted with a walking cast but was not able to walk any measurable distance, I found the Roll-A-Bout was the most efficient and comfortable way to maneuver stores, restaurants and parking lots. I don't know what I would have done without the device! Thank you also for your remarkable customer service. Your company representitives were pleasant, professional and thoroughly informative when I originally phoned to inquire about the device. I was also appreciative of your prompt delivery a few days before my surgery date.
Sincerely, VC
I rented a Roll-A-Bout due to a broken foot and subsequent foot surgery. If it wasn't for the Roll-A-Bout, my suffering would be 100 fold. Yes 100 fold. I did crutches for the first 20 minutes and thought I was going to die. My Podiatrist told me about the Roll-A-Bout and I immediatly ordered a unit. I've been free ever since. I zoom around my office and tell everyone about where to find this product. It is truly a miracle product when you have a lower leg injury.
Thank You, Thank You, Thank You,
HR
Just a couple of things.
I've used your product for about the last 5 weeks after achilles surgery. I had a similar surgery a year ago.
This last 5 weeks has been like night and day compared to last year because of the Roll-A-Bout. I'm much happier, not depressed with cabin fever and helplessness.
I've felt so much safer and free. Performing my daily tasks has been so much easier. Going to the john at night in a groggy state was dangerous with crutches. This has been so easy and safe.
Little things make a big difference. I can use 2 hands to make a sandwich. I can carry my coffee to the table. I picked up heavy objects for my wife, and opened the garage door by myself. I even wheeled the garbage cans out to the street.
Speed of getting around is amazing; no one can keep up with me. The energy saved over using crutches is dramatic.
